Can you install a skylight on a flat roof?
Options exist for different roof types, but the product, pitch, kerb construction and flashing must suit the installation. Include your roof type in your enquiry so we can discuss the options for your property.
Should I choose a fixed or opening skylight?
A fixed skylight brings daylight into a room. An opening model can also provide ventilation. Your room, roof, reach and preferences for manual or powered operation help guide the choice.
What is the difference between a skylight and a Skydoor?
A skylight is primarily designed to bring daylight into a room. An Atlite Skydoor combines glazed roof access with daylight. Access, structure and any approvals need to be considered for the particular project.
What should I include in a quote request?
Your Sydney suburb, the room you want to improve, your preferred product and any roof information you know. Attach relevant plans and photos in your email app when sending your enquiry. The website can help you prepare a project brief.
